               Specialize in hardware repairs in laptops, desktops, and printing issues. I worked for MSN for two to three years as an customer service agent, tier 1 escalation agent, and finally as a tier 2 escalation agent.  I like working with hardware, but my strongest points are software issues. I am continuously staying educated in the change within technology. I have held project management of over 2500+ staff for over 3.5 years, business management for over 8 years.
