              Currently a student at Texas State Technical College. I have replaced broken screens on Ipads and Android cell phones. I worked for MSN for two to three years as an customer service agent, tier 1 escalation agent, and finally as a tier 2 escalation agent.  I like working with hardware but my strongest points are software issues.
